Room bookings will be based on three booking periods.  On the first day of each booking period the Village will begin accepting room bookings for the next period.  On the second day of each booking period, bookings will be entered into the room booking system based on an assigned sequence. Following the second day of the booking period, bookings will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.  The Village will not accept bookings for future quarters in advance and it is the responsibility of the agency to submit these at the beginning of each new booking period.

The Saskatoon Community Service Village is happy to provide cost-effective meeting space to other non-profit and community based organizations in Saskatoon and surrounding area. All of our meeting rooms rent for $15 an hour or every portion of an hour and are also subject to a security fee dependent on the time of booking. Please complete and submit the room booking form and someone from the Village will contact you shortly to discuss your booking.
