Room Rentals

 

The Saskatoon Community Service Village is happy to provide cost-effective meeting space to other non-profit and community based organizations in Saskatoon and surrounding area.  The rate for these rooms is $15 per hour plus GST.  To inquire about room availability, please contact the Village office at 306-975-7762 or email office@villagesaskatoon.com.

 

The five meeting rooms available are as follows:

 

The Frank & Ellen Remai Board Room (#101)

Located on the first floor of the Village, this room seats up to sixteen people and is equipped with six moveable and collapsible boardroom style tables. Other amenities in this room include a whiteboard/corkboard and wireless internet.

 

 

 

Softroom (#203)

Located on the second floor, the softroom is soundproof and designed for more casual and informal meetings.  This room seats eight to ten people and is equipped with two couches, four rolling chairs, a lounger, a round table and includes a wireless internet connection. Food is not permitted.

 

 

 

Village Lounge (#204)

The Village Lounge is located on the second floor adjacent to the kitchen and works great for hosting events that involves serving food. The lounge is equipped with eight moveable tables, twenty stackable chairs, a pull-down projector screen and two whiteboards.  A wireless internet connection is available.

 

 

 

Village Kitchen (#205)

The Village kitchen is on the second floor adjacent to the Village Lounge. This kitchen is fully equipped including oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and dishware. The kitchen also has a gate that opens into the Lounge and is ideal for cooking demonstrations or serving food for meetings taking place in the Lounge.

 

Mámawópiwin Room (#206)

Mámawópiwin means ”Let’s sit together” or 'meeting place'.  The Mámawópiwin room is located near the elevator on the second floor and is equipped with a pull-down projector screen, six tables and has seating for twenty people. This room is also equipped with whiteboards, cork board and wireless internet.

 

 

 

Third Floor Board Room (#308)

The Third Floor Board Room is equipped with eight moveable and collapsible boardroom style tables and has seating for sixteen people. This room is also equipped with a pull-down projector screen, whiteboard/corkboard and wireless internet.
