Guiding Principles

The mission statements of the partner agencies which formed the Saskatoon Community Service Village reflect the following principles that guide our actions:

• Accessibility - the Village provides a welcoming environment of accessible services and programs that promote empowerment of the community.
• Collaboration - the Village agencies make a committed and vigorous effort to listen and learn from each other, to strengthen and enhance the long-term sustainability of the services they offer, and to work in partnership with the community. 
• Diversity - the Village embraces the diversity of our community and strives to create meaningful programs that meet the needs of the community.
• Leadership - the Village strives to provide respectful and proactive leadership in promoting community well-being.
